If you received a box set that you ordered via the bands “SKYROO” website and it is damaged, or there is another problem, please send an email to neverender at coheedandcambria.com  and state what the problem is. Consider attaching a photo of the damaged box for quicker resolution.

UPDATED EDIT –
please don’t email because your name isn’t in the book. While we apologize, we will not be reprinting the book to accommodate.

if you paid for your box set through paypal, there was no place to put your name. We emailed everyone to explain to them what to do, but obviously not everyone got that email.
Also, if you didn’t enter your name in the space provided it did not come out.
Also, some people typed really long names or shoutouts and those were deleted.

apologies if you expected your name and didn’t get it, but again, do not contact this email or skyroo or anything, they won’t be able to help you.
