Davenport Cabinet has put up a few re-recordings of some of their songs!

With the help of a family friend Lenny Post, a mega talent who owns a studio in new york, I was able to take all of these tunes and make them sound quite a bit better. I now have 11 songs for a full length that i am real proud of. I had an ultra talented friend Rory Hohenberger {check out +- rlh} come play drums on a few songs and killed it. You can hear him playing on Square One and Wrecking Ball. He also played on a song called Nostalgia in Stereo which i have just received a kick ass mix of that i can’t wait to put up. I want to wait until i get a master copy. Mike Major is doing mixes on a few of the songs and i am extra excited with how they have turned out. Mike has produced and mixed a shit load of amazing stuff in the past, Sparta being one of my favorites, and i am real proud to work with him. Milk foot is one of those tunes where i just recorded a bunch of ideas in one day not knowing what i would end up. At the end of the day i had what i’d like to think is a pretty good song. All the tracks are the originals except i rerecorded the drums. Remember i am not a drummer and don’t claim to be but it sure is fun to bang on them shits like i know what i am doing.
