Hello everyone,Just wanted to thank everybody who made it out to the Evil Ink booth this year to check out Kill Audio and The Amory Wars and say hi. It was great to see some familiar faces and a bunch of new ones as well.As for the long awaited Kill Audio dolls, for those of you who were unable to score a gold one at the con, do not fret! We should have the black and white and bloody variants in about 6-8 weeks, which will be available online as well as in a slew of local shops. Keep checking back for more info here. Again, we apologize for the fiasco and appreciate the overwhelming enthusiasm for the figure and the strip. It’s been a lot of fun to do on our end.

Speaking of the strip, a new page was posted in the comic strip section this afternoon, with more to follow throughout the week. Hope you enjoy meeting Chi-co

Dear El Paso fans,

Due to severe hoarseness of Claudio Sanchez’s voice, Coheed and Cambria will be cancelling tonights performance to allow him to recuperate. We looked forward to this show since the Linkin Park tour, and we share your disappointment. Claudio’s comic instore signing will also be cancelled as he is under strict doctors orders to not even speak today. As of now, we plan to continue with the tour tomorrow in Albuquerque, NM. We apologize deeply to the fans of El Paso as well as to the Secret Machines and Russian Circles and we hope to make it up in the future.

Claudio won’t be signing at 2pm today as mentioned prior, he is pretty wiped out from the trip back from vegas and wants to focus his energies on the 5pm signing, so please adjust your plans accordingly.

IT CAME FROM HONG KONG!

Friends you have bothered us to no end. And as usual, we have buckled under the pressure. There are 25 Kill Audio reject dolls that we don’t want anyone to touch, to know about, certainly not to own. Well, until you asked.

Due to the overwhelming response to our announcement of how bad everything went, we are letting you have access to our handicapped Kill Audio. Let’s just say they survived.

Here’s the deal:
Available only at Comic Con.

there are 25 “handicapable” Kill Audio dolls. we will make 10 available today, and 15 on Saturday.

you can only get them if you specifically ask for one at our booth – #2729
Although they stand, they don’t meet our strict standards of perfection.

But what else can we do with them?
These are sub par, knobbly kneed, one leg shorter than the other, etc. however, they just need a little TLC and a loving home to be as good as new.

These dolls are the same price, $75 as the “healthy” gold dolls.

On May 5, 2008 Richard admitted that, over the previous weekend, he saw Coheed And Cambria in concert and, because they are his favorite band, he wet his pants rather than miss any of their songs. The rest of the cast was disgusted by this but, when they heard about it, the members of Coheed and Cambria were flattered and sent him an autographed adult diaper featuring custom artwork by lead singer Claudio Sanchez as well as the message “Next time, come prepared.” He posted a picture of it to his MySpace page.
