A friend at work sent me a link last week to an interesting site:
Not too sure what it is, so I figured the best way to learn more would be to post about it : )
Your thoughts and info would be awesome!
Also started a thread about it on the forum here
Australia fans, you are in luck here is a message from the band that was posted to Myspace:
Open Letter To Australia
Dear Friends of Coheed from Down Under,
We realize it’s been a rocky couple of months. We angered you by pulling off of Sound Wave, you retaliated by sending us hundreds, if not thousands of expletive-laced emails and myspace comments. We promised to announce quickly that we were returning… Weeks passed… you heard nothing. We received more emails. We also received emails of support and excitement that we would be there. Well, here we come. We hope you forgive us. We plan to make it up to you, and then some.
We’re sorry to Adelaide and Melbourne under 18, but it could not be arranged. Time for road trips and fake id’s.

Issue 5 has just been released!

Story: Claudio Sanchez
Art: M.S. Miller
Cover: Tony Moore
Read more about it on the official site below:
Coheed and Camnbria have been featured on the front cover of this months issue of Kerrang! magazine.

Here is a snippet of the article:
An average scene on the Coheed bus would see Sanchez in the back lounge, acoustic guitar in hand, maybe trading licks with Stever. In the front of the bus, Todd will be playing his Wii console while, according to Stever, Pennie, ” will always be practising. He’ll spend all day tapping away at that thing!”.
“I’m amazed it doesn’t bother people, to be honest,” admits Pennie. “It’s such a habit for me now that I do it without really thinking. If I was trying to watch a movie and someone was tapping away like I do, I’d go crazy.”
Also included in the article is a self portrait by the man himself, Claudio Sanchez! You can see the self-portrait along with a detailed analysis of the drawing right here.
Be sure to read the article in full and discuss it with our lively community here.
