Our Fan Merchandise page is looking pretty full, if you have something to contribute that isnt already up, please send it in. We are still looking for the Coheed and Cambria “when it rings will you answer?” Cobalt And Calcium hoodie. All we need is one person to have it, and we will most likely complete the set within a few days.
In the mean time, spread the love to all of your friends. We know Ambellina is doing it

Hey guys, something unbelievable just happened. Last Tuesday I hit up the MerchNow store, and the goodies came today. Three days…not bad for them being across the United States from me and hearing all of the complaints about them.
Although I would have liked the split neck shirt to look like their photo on their website, the one they sent out is really really dark, you can barely see the blood, but I still like it.

In other news, Coheed and Cambria will be playing in New York at the Starland Ballroom on 01/12/05. They will be playing with Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, The Banner, and some others. Tickets start going on sale Friday, January 07th 2005. Tickets will be around 25 bucks a pop, it may seem hefty considering we’re all here to see one band, but 100% of the earnings from this will be going to the
aid of the tsunami victims, how nice!
The address to the venue is:
Starland Ballroom
570 Jernee Mill Road,
Sayreville NJ 08872

The Coheed show at the Starland Ballroom apparently sold out within minutes. The full line-up is:
- My Chemical Romance
- Taking Back Suday
- Coheed And Cambria
- Senses Fail
- The Banner
- Like Yesterday
So I guess everyone who got tickets to this show which sold out WITHIN minutes…will get to see each band for like 8 minutes and 27 seconds each, except for My Chemical Romance, which is headlining, will get to see them for 12 minutesand 44 seconds.
We are also pleased to announce that our new picture section is now up, we’ve got about five galleries of live shows, enjoy em!

If you didn’t notice, our media section was down for about 14 hours. I was busy transferring all of our large media files to my friends server. As a visitor, you will have no idea what the changes are as it happened all behind the scene, but you will notice the download speeds are a bit faster. This is simply because all over our media is now hosted on a dedicated server.
Some detailed notes on how CobaltAndCalcium is doing in the first month:
- Unique visitors has increased from 200 to 1000+ a day!
- Our media section has increased from 700MB, to 2 GB (2000MB)!
- We went from 3 salutes, to about 6. We could do way better, so start to salute your shorts.
- Wallpapers increased by 3x
I’d also like to direct you to our four NEW wallpapers that Ryan whipped up for us, you can view them here:
- Binary
- When I Kill Her
- Good Apollo
- Keywork Dragonfly

We just heard from our first person who was lucky enough to get a ticket to the concert for this Wednesday at the Starland Ballroom. Christina (Ambelina from the coca boards) snagged two tickets! Here is what the precious ticket looks like.

Well, the concert just ended, and boy do we have a treat for you. Coheed and Cambria played three brand new songs at the concert tonight, and we have them! Christina…excellent work, still don’t know how you managed getting that
camera all the way down your pants and by-passing the ‘crotch-check’…
These songs do not have official names, but if they did, they’d probably be:
- ‘Tell All Your Friends‘
- ‘10 Speed Gods Blood Burial‘
- ‘Anything For You‘
Lyrics for ‘Tell All Your Friends‘, ‘10 Speed Gods Blood Burial‘, and ‘Anything For You‘ are up, thanks to Marco (a hybrid) for plucking the words out of this stuff.

MTV has released an article on the show last night at the Starland Ballroom. Here is the snippet.
The crowd was amped for a set of Coheed’s spaced-out sci-fi rock, chanting the band’s name and thrusting fists in the air. What they got instead, as frizzy-haired frontman Claudio Sanchez put it, was “a rehearsal.”
Currently holed up in a Woodstock studio, writing material for the follow-up to 2003’s In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3, Coheed used their slot as a glorified trial run, opening with three new tunes (one of which was a powerful, epic and bottom-heavy guitar assault). The crowd, hoping to hear songs it knew, was less than enthused, and the audience’s tepid response drew a curse-filled tirade from bassist Mike Todd.
“I don’t know why you’re not applauding that last one,” he snarled. “That song was f—ing awesome.”
